Q: Why the characters on each lines are limited?
A: The space of the nameplate is limited and if there were too much characters on same line, it will be too small to read.
Q: There is only 2 or 3 lines text, why not 4 or more?
A: You can see that the collars are in different width, so the nameplates are in different width as well. To make sure all text are clear and readable, we have to limit the number of the lines.
Q: If I left a wrong number or made a incorrect size option, can I get a replacement?
