We have been providing quality live food since 1997 and hope to do the same through Amazon. waxworms are a treat for many reptiles, amphibians, arachnids aswell as mammals, cage birds, wild birds and fish. They are quite fattening so are especially beneficial for building up reptiles/animals that are convalescing. They come to you on a bed of shavings, if they turn into a chrysalis please do not discard as they turn into wax moths which are relished by many of the animals mentioned, especially the lizards. The price is for 2 tubs of wax worms. During the winter months we include a heat pack and instructions on how to care for live foods on arrival in the cold weather. As our whole range is listed you can mix and match any type of live foods in the same price range, please do bear with us until everything is listed. Any orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, after that it will be dispatched the next available shipping day by 1st class Royal Mail. We send out our live foods Monday to Thursday, if, however you urgently need some live food, next day Saturday delivery could be arranged at the extra cost set out by Royal Mail for this service, which would typically be an extra £5.25.
